  • Broccoli

    Mild, sweet flavour similar to other Brassicas. Green Kale has a lovely and exceptional taste.

  • Fava Beans

    A unique and enjoyable taste, a blend of mild green bean, nutty, and slightly earthly flavours. Their texture is crisp and tender, adding a refreshing crunch to salads or other dishes

  • Boc Choi

    Bok choy microgreens have a mild, slightly sweet, and peppery flavour, with a hint of nuttiness.

  • Red Cabbage

    Milder, slightly sweeter flavour than mature cabbage and a crispier texture with subtle peppery kick and earthy undertones.

    A peppery, spicy, and slightly hot flavour that is similar to the taste of a regular radish bulb. They offer a bold and distinctive taste, with a zesty and crunchy texture.
